Now, able to resume his real identity as Philip Gault, brilliant young attorney, he risks his very survival living a dual life. As The Whisperer, he directs the nefarious forces of the crime syndicate in Central City. And, as Philip Gault, he uses his knowledge of the underworld to undermine the organized crime network which seeks to dominate the fate of millions of honest citizens across the nation.

    Charlton G. Young (1907-1971) a talented and very underrated radio voice.Have enjoyed everything i've ever heard him on.His career from what ive been able to gather didn't translate too well on the tv side.I do remember seeing him in a Perry Mason' rerun but he's killed off in like the first 10 minutes..and he played Gibert's dad on 1 episode of 'Leave it To Beaver' - apparently this happened to alot of the old radio guys/gals...'The Whisperer' is a great/short-lived series.Look for the great William Conrad on a couple of the episodes.
