Though most may remember Ned Wever for his supportive rolls on television and film, he was a multi-talented performer and lyricist. His work contributed to the success of the biggest names in music including Hal Kemp, Benny Goodman, Freddy Martin, Eddie Fisher, Etta Jones, and Roy Rogers among others.
On radio, his longest role was on Young Widder Brown, but he gave solid performances on X-minus One, Bulldog Drummond, Lora Lawton, and Cavalcade of America. Information on Ned Wever as well as other less well know contributors to radio is often difficult to find. His performances span the entire Golden Age of radio, and we have assembled his work in this collection.

My Dad was also the first Dick Tracey, Bulldog Drummond on radio - also wrote Trust in Me - but his greatest claim was that he was an awesome Father!! God bless him in Heaven!
