Indictment was a courtroom radio drama produced from 1956 through 1959. Based on the files of former assistant District Attorney Eleazer Lipsky, Indictment "presented the step-by-step and tedious checking that went into a case before an indictment could be obtained."
Eleazer Lipsky was not only a New York lawyer and prosecutor, but a writer as well, producing a number of detective novels and two plays along with the Indictment radio dramas. Lipsky's novels Kiss of Death and The People Against O'Hara were made into full length feature films. Lipsky also served as legal counsel for The Mystery Writers of America.
Nat Polen played the part of Edward McCormick, ADA. Polen was better known for his role as Dr. James Craig on ABC-TV's "One Life to Live."
