    I just received my latest box of otr discs, fantastic. But, I have a small query that I'd like to hear from you with an answer. I bought two grabbag sets with the ten cd's in them each. Are grabbag sets always available to order?

    Grab bags are a great investment because you're almost guarenteed to hear shows you never hears of...and in my case..ordering the other discs from that same series.     I’m always a sucker for a grab bag. Who knows what gems will turn up? In the one I received from OTRCAT, there were a lot of fun recordings, including an early appearance on radio for Jack Benny as an MC, for the sponsor Canada Dry. I’m guessing this was recorded in the early thirties, given the type of music being played and sung. (But I could be wrong — I’ll let any OTR scholar correct me on this point.)
