Teens flocked to soda fountains at the drugstore after school to socialize and dance to the top tunes. The show is for the bobby socks set with jokes and swing music sure to delight the teenie booper in everyone.
Fountain of Fun show is hosted by the soda fountain "Jerk of the Joint" Bob Jellison. Broadcast during WWII war time, there are a few jokes about Adolf Hitler but also light hearted topics like weight gain, pinball machines, and after school snowball fights.
Mars Milky Way sponsored Fountain of Fun, the candy bar is described "unusual as a dessert because of its extremely high nutritional value." Boppin' music provided by Phil Davis and His Orchestra.
